Oct. 27 | A 19-year-old male was arrested in the 8200 block of Stafford Mill Road in Oak Ridge for assault with a deadly weapon.

Oct. 31 | A resident in the 2700 block of Pleasant Ridge Road in Summerfield reported a known suspect who was intoxicated pointed a firearm at several guests at a wedding.


Oct. 27 | A 57-year-old male known offender was arrested in the 1800 block of NC 68/E. Harrell Road in Oak Ridge for driving while impaired.


Oct. 27 | A 29-year-old male was arrested in the 7400 block of Strawberry Road in Summerfield for trafficking a Schedule I controlled substance (opium/heroin) and also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 28 | A 34-year-old male was arrested at 3 a.m. in the 4500 block of U.S. 220 N/N.C. 150 W in Summerfield for possession with intent to manufacture/sell a Schedule II, Schedule IV and Schedule VI controlled substance.

Oct. 29 | A 24-year-old male was cited in the 3300 block of Edgefield Road in northwest Greensboro for possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana).

Nov. 1 | A 41-year-old male was arrested in the 3200 block of Pasture View Drive in Summerfield (off Lake Brandt Road) for possession of a Schedule I and Schedule II controlled substance; he was also cited for possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Oct. 27 | A resident of the 7700 block of Alcorn Road in Oak Ridge reported an unknown suspect hacked into several accounts she controlled on Oct. 26 at 11:40 p.m.; no monetary loss was reported at the time.

Oct. 30 | A resident of the 8000 block of Manakel Drive in Stokesdale (near U.S. 158) reported an unknown suspect used his personal information to open a cellular phone account on Oct. 7.

Oct. 31 | An employee of Lowes Foods in Oak Ridge reported an unknown suspect paid with a counterfeit $100 bill on Oct. 30.

Nov. 2 | An employee of Lowes Foods in Oak Ridge reported an unknown suspect paid with a counterfeit $10 bill on Nov. 1.


Oct. 27 | An employee of Circle K in Colfax reported an unknown suspect came into the store, entered the walk-in freezer and left with four cases of Modelo beer, worth $87.96 altogether; the suspect drove away in a green pickup truck.

Nov. 1 | A resident of the 4500 block of Peeples Road in Oak Ridge (off N.C. 68 N) reported a known suspect stole a political sign from his yard.


Oct. 27 | A local resident in the 8400 block of U.S. 158 in Stokesdale reported a known suspect busted out the driver's side window of her motor vehicle, causing $200 worth of damage.
